- KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
- Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
- Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, eevip will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

12.Children's Privacy
The eevip Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. eevip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If eevip discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, eevip will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority where required.

Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop. eevip strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
13.Cross-Border Data Transfers
eevip primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, or processed by, service providers located outside the Philippines โ for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software developers operating internationally.

- Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the eevip Platform.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
