1.Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "eevip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the eevip online casino platform and its operating entity.
- "Platform" refers to the eevip website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at eevip.one.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the eevip Platform.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the eevip Platform.
- "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, keno, and specialty games available on the eevip Platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by eevip to Players.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by eevip and applicable Philippine regulations.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the eevip Platform, creating an Account, or using any eevip service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with eevip's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eevip Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the eevip Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eevip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
3.Eligibility
To register and use the eevip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. eevip strictly enforces this requirement.
- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of eevip, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the eevip Platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by eevip or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
eevip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4.Account Registration
To access the full features of the eevip Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
- Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
- eevip requires completion of KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
- eevip reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where eevip suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
5.Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your eevip Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. eevip will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel.
- You must notify eevip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
- All activity conducted through your Account โ including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested โ is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity, unless you have notified eevip of a security breach in a timely manner.
- eevip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. eevip shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to enable available security features.
- eevip may temporarily lock your Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending verification. This is a security measure for your protection.
6.Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the eevip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. Minimum deposit is โฑ50 for e-wallets.
- Prohibited payment methods: Credit card gambling deposits and cryptocurrency of any kind are strictly not accepted, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. eevip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- eevip processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC status of the Account.
- eevip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
- Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine tax law. eevip does not provide tax advice.
7.Bonuses and Promotions
eevip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are credited to your eevip Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
- eevip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
- eevip reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if eevip determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.
- Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.Game Rules and Fair Play
All Games available on the eevip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply:
- All non-live Games on the eevip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all Games are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates. eevip does not manipulate RTP settings to disadvantage Players.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, eevip's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. eevip's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
- eevip reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed due to software errors, incorrect odds, or manifest mistakes. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not subject to RNG. Live game rules are displayed within each live table.
9.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eevip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your Account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or Games.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or money laundering through the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or Games. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to eevip immediately.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using depos
ited funds for gambling.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing eevip staff, live dealers, or other Players through any Platform communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
10.Responsible Gaming
eevip is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino Players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
- Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their Account will be temporarily suspended.
- Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the eevip Platform at any time by contacting eevip support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
- eevip reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where eevip identifies signs of problem gambling behavior, without prior notice.

11.Intellectual Property
All content on the eevip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of eevip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eevip Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any eevip content without prior written consent from eevip.
- The eevip name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of eevip. Unauthorised use of eevip trademarks is strictly prohibited.
12.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eevip's liability to you is limited as follows:
- eevip provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eevip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
- eevip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction.
- eevip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eevip Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- eevip shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension due to prohibited conduct.
- Nothing in these Terms limits eevip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.Termination
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- You may close your eevip Account at any time by contacting eevip support. Any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
- eevip may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if eevip is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
- Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 โ shall continue to apply.
14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the eevip Platform shall first be submitted to eevip's internal dispute resolution process by contacting eevip support.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through eevip's internal process within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction.
- You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the English language in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.Amendments to These Terms
eevip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:
- Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
- Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
- Continued use of the eevip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
